decorating skills to the next level,I am excited to now offer two different class
options to meet your cake decorating needs.
- Custom One on One – Private class
- Perfect Tiers & Stacking – Group Class
These classes are designed for anyone who has mastered the basics of baking
and would like to develop their cake decorating skills further.
Classes are for one day only from 10:00am to 4:00pm

Custom One on One $399
A private class for only one student. This class is based on what you would like
to learn. You may make one payment of $399 or three payments of $133.
Perfect Tiers & Stacking $299
A group class for a maximum of four students. This class is based on my perfect
tiers & stacking class outlined below. You may make one payment of $299 or
two payments of $149.50.
Please note, all bookings are on a first pay basis only. Payment must be made in
full 2 weeks before your scheduled class date.

- Working with one real cake and one dummy cake.
- Learning how to get perfectly level cake layers, fill and ganache a cake.
- Learning how to cover your tiers with fondant and achieve a smooth finish and sharp edges.
- Learning how to cover a cake board with fondant, dowel, stack a 2 tiered cake and decorate with fresh flowers.
- Drinks and light snacks will be provided but please bring your own lunch.
- Sharing business tips including pricing, packaging, delivery and any other cake related questions you may have.
- All class materials will be provided.
- Class will be held in Suwanee, GA 30024.

However, if the balance payment is not received 2 week prior to your scheduled class date, your place will become available for others to book. Your initial payment is non refundable if your place is lost due to late payment of the outstanding balance.
If you book less than 2 weeks before your preferred class date, full payment is required.
I am unable to offer any refunds should you decide to cancel or are unable to attend your class. However, I will do my best to place you in a future class. You must email me no later than 7 days prior to your schedule class date if you are unable to attend or all monies paid will be forfeited.
Any rescheduled/make up class must be taken within 2 months of your booking or all monies will be forfeited.
In the unlikely event I have to cancel a class, a full refund will be given for the cost of the class only.

Every cake is customized to order and priced individually.
The final cost of your cake will depend on the number of servings, cake design and amount of work required.
All our cakes have a height of approximately 6″Tall, have 4 layers of delicious moist cake and 3 layers of yummy filling.
A serving size is 1″x 1.5″x 6″ tall.
- Buttercream cakes start at $4 per serving.
- Rolled fondant covered cakes start at $5 per serving.( all fondant cakes have a layer of white or milk chocolate ganache underneath a thin layer of the finest fondant.)
- 3D cakes start at $7.00 per serving *minimum 50 servings.
- Regular sized cupcakes start at $3.50 each *minimum 2 dozen.
- Premium fillings are an additional $0.50 per serving.

21 days before the due date for wedding cakes and orders over $500.
14 days before the due date for orders less than $500.

We ask that you contact us as soon as you have the confirmed date for your event
- 1 week notice for cupcake and Cake-in-A-Jar.
- 2-4 weeks notice for smaller celebration cakes.
- 2-6 months notice for larger celebration and wedding cakes.
- We may be able to accommodate last-minute order. please contact us to see if we have availability of your date.

- A $70 delivery and set up fee is charged for all wedding cakes within 15 miles and $2.00 per each additional mile one way.
- A $30 delivery fee is charged for all other cakes within 15 miles and $2 per each additional mile one way.

$25 for all cake stand rental. A security deposit of $150 is required at time of order. Deposit will be reimbursed in full when the cake stand is returned back to us in its original condition. Security deposit is forfeited if cake stand is damaged.
Cake stand must be returned no later than 4 days from date of delivery. $10/day free will be charged after 4 days if the cake stand is returned late. Late return charges will be deducted from your security deposit.

In the event of a cancellation, after 50% retainer has been made, the retainer is non-refundable. The retainer was intended to secure your date and time on our calendar making that date and time closed to any other bookings.
